Feel like biryani is too much of a big job to make ? @allifa_spices definitely makes life so much easier with their biryani pack.
What does it contain?
1. Packet of spices.
2. Bottle of saffron water
3. Approx 1 cup of rice with salt
4. Approx 1 cup of Masoor with salt and haldi
5. Serving of jeera seeds

All ingredients are numbered and neatly packaged!

All you need to have ready is your meat / chicken, tomatoes, onions, potatoes and yoghurt.
The method is explained in detail and is so simple to follow. Biryani done in under an hour. (Apart from the steaming of course). The only adaptions I would make to this biryani pack is perhaps including a little more rice as well as an alternative method as many prefer to layer their biryanis in different ways and also prefer to cook their chicken/meat fully as well as fry potatoes before steaming!
Overall this pack is a winner and a must have in every home especially for those days when you’re in a rush!
