@the_farmmillbakery sent over some samples of their new products that they will be launching at @thehalaalnightmarket

So well presented and almost too pretty to eat! I received their strawberry creme eclairs, double chocolate mousse cake and pistachio praline cake.

My absolute favourite was the double chocolate mousse cake. A layer of moist chocolate sponge topped with white chocolate mousse and milk chocolate mousse. The white mousse is the perfect addition adding to the richness of the cake but cutting through the milk chocolate! Double delicious.

The strawberry creme eclairs were fresh and crisp with a subtle taste of strawberry creme chantilly inside and to add the cherry on the top – drizzled with decadent white and ruby chocolate. Perfectly bite sized and such a treat to eat!

The pistachio praline cake is topped with a rich pistachio frosting and filled with pistachio praline. It is very sweet and a must for anyone with a sweet tooth! It’s decorated very elegantly too ?
