I recently visited Nabila who is a mindshift consultant and uses applied kinesiology which uses your own body’s response to detect any mental, emotional, physical and spiritual blocks.
Everyone has blocks pertaining to certain aspects of their lives, traumas due to past situations or even just a set way of thinking that they struggle to change.
I wanted to address my main concerns – past labour trauma – and to help me prepare for a new baby while balancing life with a toddler. I also had some physical concerns such as very sore bleeding gums which I attributed to pregnancy. However this was not the case as it seemed to have an emotional link instead!
Nabila helped me to identify the fears, blocks and traumas I had and to release and clear them. I even took a little sniff of some lovely oils to help me “clear my chakras”. After the session I felt a little tired but very much lighter and relieved. I felt stronger and calmer with a fresh new mindset. And amazingly enough my very sore and bleeding gums completely stopped hurting and bleeding on the spot!
I would 100% recommend Nabila to anyone who feels a bit stuck or blocked in any way. Her experience and techniques are truly magical and helpful.
