@bibis_bakery_takeaway #Review

What rock have you been hiding under if you don’t already know about Bibi’s! The freshest rolls, the softest cakes, the most delicious bunnies in town!
I’ve always heard about them and even got a few great opportunities to taste their mouthwateringly delicious chicken. But because they were in Parlock I suppose I never got a chance. And this is why I need to emphasize that Parlock is actually only 10 minutes away from Overport for those that think that’s it is too far! And after tasting their amazing food, @bibis_bakery_takeaway is worth even taking a flight for!
A group of bloggers were invited to try out their fabulous cuisine and to say that @junzmoe21 and team went all out is an understatement. The menu was as follows – starters: kebabs & puri, cocktail burgers, patha spring roll, cheese and sweet corn samoosa. Mains: Portuguese chicken, Gazebo Chicken, Portuguese chicken pizza, steak pizza, chicken & mushroom pizza, chicken jalfrezi and paneer tikka masala served with fresh naan and the cutest blue cocktail rolls! Not forgetting the mutton and sugar beans bunnies as a bonus. Dessert: mini bar one slices, mini coconut slices, mini fresh cream donut, mini caramel Swiss roll and trifle.
There were way too many dishes for my appetite to handle and I don’t think I even got a chance to taste every single item! What absolutely shocks me is how efficiently and tasty everything I tasted was. @bibis_bakery_takeaway are legit masters of all trades. They know what your tastebuds fancy and really have taste and texture on point for every single dish.
To highlight some of my absolute favourites: The Gazebo Chicken was something else. I can’t even describe the flavour. Spicy and irresistible. You won’t be able to stop! The savouries and pizzas were great too and the chicken jalfrezi offers a signature flair that no one can beat. The mutton and sugar beans bunnies are the best in Durban for me. It is soaked in tantalizing aroma and gusto!!! You need to try it out yourself to actually understand.
For desserts I particularly enjoyed the caramel Swiss roll. The fresh cream donuts are the softest ever, and the bar one slices are filled with fresh cream and definitely one for chocolate fans everywhere. But do you know what my new favorite cake in Durban is? @bibis_bakery_takeaway coconut cakes! How do I describe these moist fresh coconut cakes with fresh cream filling. They don’t even have milky bar in them but taste like they do. How??? ???? Decadence!
Heaven exists on earth. And it’s situated at 784 Inanda Rd, Parlock. There is also a branch at Merebank Mall.
