Amal Savouries (a division of Fatima’s favorite foods) #review
I received 5 types of savouries to try from Amal Foods. To say that they were all mouthwateringly delicious would be an understatement.
I am particularly fussy about my savouries because I really want to look forward to delicious tasting goodies for iftaar in Ramadhaan ???? but ALL these savouries exceeded expectations ????
Patha rockets – my favourite of the lot and probably their most popular savoury! This fried savoury is filled with patha and a little corn. It has a slightly creamy taste which enhances the flavour ❤️
Kebaabish – perfectly seasoned kebabs wrapped in pastry. A Ramadhaan staple.
Potato pillows – like potato samosas but with a unique twist!
Aloo, chicken and jalapeño frying pies – this was so good! All the flavours tie in perfectly together and it’s a savoury you can’t stop eating.
Chicken, spinach & feta pies – the pastry is great quality and puffs up so high when baked. Absolutely loved the filling too, neither underwhelming nor overwhelming.
